Lead Pastor Full Time

Grace Lee Memorial Wesleyan Church (GLMWC), located in Beaver Dams, New York, is prayerfully seeking the individual God has been preparing to serve as our full-time Lead Pastor.

Over the past several years, God has been at work among us—expanding our ministries, deepening our faith, and igniting a renewed passion to live out our mission: to raise up fully devoted followers of Christ. We’ve experienced exciting growth in our study groups, fellowship gatherings, and outreach ministries. Even more importantly, our congregation is being transformed as we seek Jesus more intimately and pursue God’s vision for our church with fresh perspective and open hearts.

We believe the next Lead Pastor of Grace Lee will be someone who:

• Is a gifted and Spirit-led communicator, both from the pulpit and in one-on-one conversations.
• Has experience in teaching, mentoring, and equipping leaders within the church to make and multiply disciples.
• Leads with humility, joy, and compassion, able to lovingly counsel, resolve conflict, and nurture relationships across generations.
• Has a heart for both the local church body and the broader community, serving as a beacon of Christ’s love and hope.
• Is energized by the opportunity to connect with young families, investing in the future of the church with passion and excitement.

Requirements:
Applicants must be ordained in the Wesleyan Church or in a denomination acceptable to the Local Board of Administration and District Superintendent.
